THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
For TAPE-INS and WEFTS Hair
1) You pay for your order
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a holidays period. (Christmas and New-Year’s Eve)
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International) unless specified otherwise.
PROCESSING TIME
This is the time it takes to receive hair and give me enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
(United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

Return Policy
SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS - FEDEX- UPS AND DHL update their system every time they put their hands on your package.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM, OR call FEDEX-UPS-DHL Customer Service line.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to exchange the item for the correct one. Please email us at info@loukachiccheveux.com within 3 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
ONCE AGAIN ALL SALES ARE FINAL …Hair Extensions do not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Insurance
If you’re shipping an item over $200, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.
Orders over $400 can only be processed through Paypal.
